Tuition fees
Tuition fees are set at € 1,500 for students enrolled in the Program through the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and for the two semesters that are held in Thessaloniki. No tuition fees are required for the two semesters held in Turin, but students are required to pay such ancillary contribution such as duty stamps as required from Italian Law.
Students enrolled in the Program through the Università degli Studi di Torino do not pay the above tuition fees to AUTh, but they will pay the inscription fees or other participation costs required by the collaborating university.
These are paid directly to the AUTH Research Committee between the 1st to the 15th of October for the winter semester and from the 1st to the 15th of March for the spring semester. In the event students have exceptional circumstances, a different payment plan can be arranged, after special agreement with the program coordinator.
Upon completion of admission, students receive a unique reference code for making secure and easy payments online. No other ways of payment are available.
Students who do not complete their studies in the time provided by this Regulation (four semesters), pay for each additional semester that extend the studies the amount of €250. Refund of tuition fees per semester is allowed only in case that there is an extremely serious reason for interruption at the request of the student and if the student adequately justifies the reasons for this interruption to the Curriculum Committee no later than 25 days from the beginning of the course.
Scholarships and tuition fee exemptions
Students who are Greek nationals, are enrolled through the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and meet the criteria stipulated by the Greek legislation (namely on the basis of low financial resources and based on the grounds of the national median disposable equivalent income) may be exempt from tuition fees. The number of exempt students shall not exceed 30% of the total number of students admitted to the Program.
Students who want to be eligible for exemption from the tuition fees on the above grounds should submit a relevant application to the Secretariat of the School after the completion of the selection process of the students at the Program. In no case is financial weakness a reason for non-selection to the Program.
In addition to tuition fee exemptions, all students of the Program may receive partial scholarship through the resources of the Program or through the Erasmus+ Studies to compensate for their mobility to Torino.
